Hola! Welcome to my personal page :)
My name is Miguel, I am deeply interested in astrophysics, with a focus on exoplanets and the search for habitable environments beyond our solar system. I am particularly motivated by the use of data-driven approaches, combining statistical analysis and computational techniques to study planetary systems and their underlying physical properties. I enjoy developing models that help explain the behavior of complex natural phenomena.
Research Interests
- Exoplanets and planetary structure
- Mass–radius relationships
- Statistical modeling and Bayesian inference
- Astrobiology and habitable environments
Current Work
I am currently working on a Bayesian framework to classify exoplanets based on their mass–radius relationship, aiming to quantify uncertainties in planetary regimes and improve current classification methods.
Technical Skills
- Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib)
- Data Analysis & Statistical Modeling
- Machine Learning (Neural Networks, Deep Learning)
- Robotics (ROS2, Python scripting)
